Office 365 Consultant Role & Responsibilities

As the businesses newest Office 365 Consultant, you’ll be crucial to leading and managing customer journey. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Working in a Presales customer engagement capacity. Including: Discussing customer pain points, needs, and wants.
  • Statement of work and proof of concept documentation and testing.
  • Hosting workshops with the client to discuss the product, explaining technical concepts in a non-technical manner.
  • Design, including High-level design and Low-level design.
  • Working closely with clients to support product delivery.
  • Providing expert advice on best practise, ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Occasionally traveling to client site for deployment and implementation.

 

Skills & Experience

As Office 365 Consultant you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of the latest technology and software. The business does however ask that you have:

  • SharePoint and OneDrive design and configuration experience.
  • Full experience across Microsoft 365: domain expertise, tenant configuration etc.
  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications are ideal, but not essential.
  • Experience across specification, development, implementation, support, documentation and management of customer applications and solutions.
  • Experience is deployment of Power Apps, Forms, Power BI and Power Automation is essential.
  • Customer and client communication experience, helping translate client needs and wants into technical outputs.
