Wireless Surveyor

Salary: £55,000.

Location: Field Based Role.

Locations Available: North Wales, South Wales, Tyneside, Gloucestershire, or Lincolnshire.

Key Skills: FWA, Wireless, Surveyor, Gigabit, P2P, P2MP.

The Company

A Leading Broadband Provider is looking for a Wireless Surveyor to have a core focus on their Gigabit Connectivity network. This is a field-based role, and you will be given a designated area in North Wales, South Wales, Tyneside, Gloucestershire, or Lincolnshire along with a Company Car and Fuel Card.

Wireless Surveyor Role and Responsibilities

As the Wireless Surveyor you will be the face of the company being part of Acquisitions, Surveying the area, planning the works, and even helping with the designs. Meaning you will gain hands on experience with any tools you need to improve your job, continue to learn, and grow and progress your career.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Attend designated meetings to discuss acquisitions.
• Survey the area for the Fixed Wireless solution.
• Scope out the required works
• Work with the CAD teams to design the Network.
• Plan tools and equipment required.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong Wireless Broadband experience.
• Previous Surveying experience required.
• Must have experience working with Point2Point or Point2multiPoint Connectivity.
• You have strong knowledge of Bandwidth and Frequency.
• Must understand OFCOM Requirements.
• Have experience dealing with not technical staff.
• Be approachable and presentable.
• BE comfortable speaking with the public.
• Hold a Valid UK Driving License.
