Salary: Up to £60,000 + Generous Commission Structure and Bonus

Location: Remote/ Home-Based – Reading

A connectivity Provider specialised in IoT are looking for a Technical Network Operations Manager to join their team. This is working on a hybrid model of 2/3 days in their start of the art office in Maidenhead meaning you must be in commutable distance to the area.

As Technical Network Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented technical team with a core focus on delivering services to with mobile connectivity clients across the UK. The business is primarily focused on delivering connectivity and IoT solutions in multiple sectors in the UK. They offer a complete end-to-end service for the design, implementation, and management of a range of cutting-edge technology solutions in particular IoT. They are highly accredited partners amongst their household name vendors and have won numerous awards for the quality of their IT services.

Technical Network Operations Manager Role & Responsibilities

As new Technical Network Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Tier 3 and 4 Technical support and projects team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Team leadership of the Tier 3 and Tier 4 teams.
• Manage daily tasks and ensure work is completed on time.
• Act as a filter for senior managements.
• Liaise with Mobile Network providers, Supplier, and third-party venders to identify root cause for issues and troubleshooting.
• Be involved in Senior Escalations when needed.
• Managing key relationships and identifying opportunities.

Skills and Experience Required for the Technical Network Operations Manager

The business will support you to work however is best for you in a remote and hybrid environment. The business does ask however that you have:

• Previous leadership experience.
• Previous technical experience.
• Experienced working in the Service Provider Space.
• Have knowledge of Connectivity and Mobile.
• Strong time management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work across teams and departments to gain feedback.
• Ability to handle High pressure environments.
