Systems Analyst

Location: Reading – Hybrid

Salary: Up to £50,000

An award-winning Internet Service Provider is seeking an up-and-coming Systems Analyst to join their business. This is a hybrid role based in Reading.

The company is fast growing, industry-leading Internet Service Provider delivering to mid and large enterprise clients as well as delivering within the public Sector. The businesses primary focus is the supply state-of-the-art Internet Services, whether through Fibre, Ethernet, MPLS, SD-WAN, or hosted.

This Systems Analyst role will give you the opportunity to have an integral part in the Business Systems and how they are used. You will be supported by Senior Members of the team and gain exposure to projects in the future.

Systems Analyst Role Overview

As Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work side by side with senior members of the Business services team. You will act as the technical support for migrations, and upgrade on their internal ServiceNow system.

You will work alongside the Projects team and the business Analyst teams to understanding requirements, config, and fault fix escalation. Additionally, your role will include:

• Support the Senior Team with technical escalations.
• Have the opportunity to learn ServiceNow and in the future become a ServiceNow evangelism.
• Focus on supporting internal users with queries.
• Deal with escalations on a daily basis.
• Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and experience required for the Systems Analyst:

• At least 1 years’ experience working with ServiceNow.
• Have strong experience in configuring and administering ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting projects teams.
• Ideally have experience in a telco environment.
• Must be able to interphase with both sales and technical staff.
