Solutions Architect: SD-WAN

The Company

An award-winning Solutions Provider is seeking a Solutions Architect. The company are a fast growing, industry leading Cisco Gold Partner who deliver across both Service Provider and Managed Services spaces.

They deliver bleeding-edge technologies, including SD-WAN, full fibre and FTTX, Cloud Connectivity and Security to mid and large enterprise customers. As the businesses new Solutions Architect, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of projects utilising a variety of technologies. This is a completely remote position meaning you will have the comfort for working from your own home. although you must be UK based.

Solutions Architect Role & Responsibilities

As Solutions Architect you will primarily focus on driving the Service Provider practice forward. The right person will lead the ISP architecture of the business, with a focus on SD-WAN solutions. The role will also consist of:

• Customer engagement and relationship management.
• Pre-Sales presentations.
• Solutions Architecture and design documentation across a variety of technology stacks.
• Deliver scope of works and proof of concept across Cisco and Fortinet WAN technology stacks.
• HLD and LLD design documentation.
• Pre-sales and professional service expertise.
• Knowledge of fibre broadband and connectivity.

Skills and Experience required for the Solutions Architect

• MUST be UK based.
• Experience in working within a fast-paced ISP would be preferential.
• 5 years’ experience working in a Solutions Architecture or TDA capacity.
• CCIE, JNCIE or equivalent certified, or working towards.

Strong background in SD-WAN solutions architecture and delivery.
