Job Title: Solutions Architect (Networks)

Location: Leeds

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 basic + car allowance

The Company

A fast-growing managed service provider is looking to expand their Solutions Architect Team. They offer full managed services, across Enterprise Networks, Next Gen Security, and Cloud. With accreditations and partnerships across Cisco and Microsoft, they lead the way in managed service solutions.

The Role

The Solutions Architect will be a key part of the team, focusing on delivering design documentation and implementing next-gen solutions to mid-enterprise clients. The right person will deliver high and low-level design documentation across large-scale Networks.

Solutions Architect Overview

• Design network solutions directly and alongside operational teams across LAN and Network Security
• Lead the Security practice across Enterprise projects and design documentation
• Speak directly with end-user, specifying their needs and providing solutions
• Design of core and distribution equipment in multi-site locations

Skills / Experience required for the Solutions Architect

• MUST be UK based
• 5 years experience working in managed services
• CCIE, CCDP, or CCNP Certified, ideally with a CCNP Enterprise certification too
• 5 years experience in design documentation on large enterprise sites
• Experience with Cisco, Wireless, Data Centre, Campus Networks or any other Cisco Specialism
• Delivered large scale projects, ran design documentation
• Have customer liaising experience
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers
