A Managed Service Provider is seeking a Solutions Architect to work out of their easily accessible London Office. A boutique MSP that prides itself on customer relations who work with small, medium, and large enterprise sites.

About the Solutions Architect role

As a Solutions Architect, you will champion the use of Infrastructure, Platforms, and the Cloud. You will work alongside the retention team in a customer-facing role, understanding existing customer needs, designing solutions whilst advising on the best services. The Solutions Architect will be a key part of providing support and guidance to their clients.

• Customer-facing architecture and design
• Multi-vendor evangelism – advising existing customers on the most suitable solutions for their organisation
• Advising customers on the latest products and services
• Keeping abreast of the latest technologies to hit the market
• Understanding competitor propositions
• Work with both technical and non-technical staff
• Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally

Skills & experience required for the Solutions Architect

• Have at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Have a Managed Service background (ideally Managed Security Service Provider)
• Be experienced working with multi-vendors across the infrastructure space
• Must have a high-level understanding of the Microsoft Stack
• Be experienced in architecture and design
• Must be able to interphase with both sales and technical staff
• Ideally have Microsoft Certifications (not essential)
