ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote (Must be UK based)

Salary: Up to£60,000

An award-winning managed Service provider with over 20 years of experience in providing Infrastructure and networks to customers all over the UK are now looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their business on a remote basis.

The business is primarily focused on designing and developing solutions for large enterprise sites; including retail, Healthcare, and finance: Meaning you will have a wide variety of projects to be involved in.

This ServiceNow Developer role is remote working, and you will be supported to work how and when is best for you. The role does however have the odd, occasional travel to their office in London to assist the team on site.

ServiceNow Developer Role Overview

As ServiceNow Developer, you will have the opportunity to champion their Business Solutions team. You will act as the technical lead for projects, migrations, and upgrade on their internal ServiceNow system.

You will work alongside the Support team, understanding requirements, analysing data, and developing solutions to match. Additionally, your role will include:

• Being a Senior Team member.
• Focusing on the user interface, performance, and improvements.
• ServiceNow evangelism – advising more development opportunities on the most suitable solutions.
• Supporting the full lifecycle of projects.
• Mentoring junior members of the team.
• Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and experience required for the ServiceNow Developer:

• At least 2 years’ experience working with ServiceNow.
• Have strong experience in the Development and Administration of ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
• Experience working on UI and UX Scripts.
• Ideally experience working with SQL.
• Must be able to interphase with both sales and technical staff.
