The Company

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established Internet and Connectivity Service Provider. They have been established for over 20 years, are based in Central London, and offer complete hybrid working for their employees.

This is a brand-new role, ready for an experienced Service Manager to work closely with their top clients, building relationships and putting their own stamp on the business.

The business works with market leading technologies, meaning you’ll be working with the latest in Unified Communications, Software Defined Networks and Cloud Communication technologies to provide best in-class solutions.


Service Manager Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing client relationships – performing service reviews, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering to all contractual obligations.
  • Working with a variety of clients across both public and private sector.
  • Working with varying levels of stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all incidents and problems are monitored and resolved within the arranged SLA timescale.
  • You will also report with customers for regular CSIP reviews.


About You

The business is committed to your personal and professional development, as you progress in your role and within the business. The business does however ask that you have:

  • 3+ years’ experience within Service Management.
  • Strong experience working within an IT services business.
  • Ideally holding ITIL Certification.
  • Process driven, personable and hold strong organisational skills.
  • A passion for delivering customer excellence.
  • You will have previous experience of conversing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
