The Company

Dynamic Search Solutions is currently recruiting a Service Manager for an award-winning Professional Services client, to join their team based in Croydon on a hybrid working basis. The business has over 20 years of experience in providing Infrastructure and networks to customers all over the UK and takes pride in offering a quality service by building an experienced and talented team.


The businesses focus is on designing and developing transformations for large enterprise sites including retail, healthcare, and finance; meaning you’ll have a wide variety of clients and industries to work with. They are currently in the process of designing a brand-new Managed Service Division, where you will get the chance to completely own the design and implementation of the Services and Service Desk.


Service Manager Role & Responsibilities

  • Documenting and owning the client relationships – performing service reviews, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering to all contractual obligations.
  • Working with a variety of clients across both public and private sector.
  • Working with varying levels of stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all incidents and problems are monitored and resolved within the arranged SLA timescale.
  • You will also report with customers for regular CSIP reviews.


About You

  • Experience being hands-on with designing and transitioning services.
  • 3+ years’ experience within Service Management.
  • Strong experience working within a Managed Service environment.
  • Ideally holding ITIL Certification.
  • Process driven, personable and hold strong organisational skills.
  • A passion for delivering customer excellence.
  • You will have previous experience of conversing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
