Status: Inside IR35

Location: Reading – Hybrid

Duration: 6 months

An award-winning Service Provider is seeking Service Desk Team Lead to work on a hybrid model of 3 days a week in the office their easily accessible office in Reading.

Service Desk Team Lead Role

The Service Desk Team Lead will be a key part of the team, focussing directly on leading the 1st line time in triaging and support internal tickets acting as the first point of contract. The right person will be able to troubleshoot issues across Office 365, Microsoft Suite, and Licensing.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contract for the 1st line team.
  • Ensure tickets are logged and issues are escalating to the senior team.
  • Manage incoming support tickets when required, whilst also working proactively.
  • Provide regular professional, frequent and relevant customer communication.

 

Your Experience

  • 1 years’ experience working in a team leadership-based role.
  • Experience triage and logging tickets.
  • Knowledge of Office 365, MAC’s, and the Full Microsoft Suite.
  • Ideally have worked within a busy support desk.
  • Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
