An award-winning Cisco Gold Partner is seeking a Service Desk Analyst. The company is a fast growing, industry leading managed service provider delivering into mid to large enterprise clients.


About the Service Desk Analyst role

The Service Desk Analyst will be a key part of the team to support the business across their IT systems. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will have a good understanding of supporting customers directly and have an eagerness to learn. You will report directly to the Service Desk Manager and have multiple opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

  • Working with both technical and non-technical staff, you will be involved in supporting new services, assisting on configurations, and working on all systems, covering set-up’s and storage back-ups
  • Your key focus is to provide support to end users across their network


Skills & experience required for the Service Desk Analyst

  • 6 months to 1 year experience working in a 1st or 2nd line capacity
  • Experience working with Networks, routers, ADSL, leased lines and WiFi support
  • A strong background in customer service and IT support
  • Deliver desk-side, email and telephone support
  • Works to SLA thresholds, incidents, requests and problems
