The Role

  • The Service Manager will lead client engagement and have the responsibility to ensure that the client receives services to their agreed deliverable’s and to the required standard of quality, within specified SLA’s
  • To be fully accountable for the management of services being delivered to multiple customer
  • Complete monthly, quarterly and annual service review
  • Be responsible for the continual service improvement
  • Have input into commercial reviews
  • Lead the implementation of new services and governance
  • Lead and develop key stakeholder relationships

 

The Person

  • Min 4+ Years’ experience within a Service Delivery/Service Management role for an IT or security Managed Service Provider
  • Good understanding of IT Managed Services, Security Managed Services, SOC Services, Infrastructure Services or Cloud Services
  • Experienced in managing multimer customers
  • Have experience managing the implementation and update of services governance/methodology
  • Excellent customer facing experience
  • Approachable and dedicated candidate with great communication skills
  • Good understanding of Service Management principals – ITIL etc.
