Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Home Based (Travel into the Leeds office once a week)
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000

The Service Delivery Manager role
The Service Delivery Manager will lead client engagement and have the responsibility to ensure that the client receives services to their agreed deliverables and to the required standard of quality, within specified SLA’s.
