A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to work out of their easily accessible Suffolk office. The MSP has a work hard play hard attitude with multiple incentives to achieve. Working on the latest next-gen tech, there is a huge opportunity to learn new stuff.

 

The Role

The Service Delivery Lead or Technical Team Lead will be a key part of the team, supporting and resolving issues for medium to large enterprise clients, as well as taking a leadership role. As a leader and an engineer, you will have a good understanding of Supporting customers directly, and have an eagerness to learn. Your experience will be across Cloud technologies, Networking and Service Desk environments.

 

Service Delivery Lead Overview

  • Working with both Technical and Non-technical staff, you will be involved in supporting new services, assisting on configurations, and working on all systems, Network Monitoring, trip and alarm tracking, basic diagnostics, troubleshooting, and connecting devices.
  • Your key focus is to provide support to act as the first response to escalations, as well as assisting the senior engineers

 

Skills / Experience required for the Service Delivery Lead

  • 3 years’ experience working in Technical leadership/operational support
  • Experience working with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
  • Experience working with Networking LAN/WAN/WLAN and Firewalls
  • Ideally, have Managed Service experience
  • Have customer liaising experience
  • Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
