About the Service Delivery Lead role

The Service Delivery Lead will be a key part of the team, supporting and resolving issues for medium to large enterprise clients, as well as taking a leadership role. As a leader and an engineer, you will have a good understanding of supporting customers directly, and have an eagerness to learn. You will have prior experience with Cloud technologies, networking, and Service Desk environments.

Working with both technical and non-technical staff, you will be involved in supporting new services, assisting on configurations, and working on all systems: network monitoring, trip and alarm tracking, basic diagnostics, troubleshooting, and connecting devices.

Your key focus is to provide support to act as the first response to escalations, as well as assisting the senior engineers


Skills & experience required for the Service Delivery Lead

  • 3 years experience working in technical leadership/operational support
  • Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience working with Networking LAN/WAN/WLAN and Firewalls
  • Ideally have Managed Service experience
  • Have customer liaising experience
  • Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers
