Location: UK and Amsterdam

Salary: £450 a Day + £100 for travel

Contract Length: 6-Months

Status: Outside IR35

 

The Company

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Architect to join one of Europe’s largest Enterprise Sites in Amsterdam. You will work as part of a forward-thinking digital transformation business, designing and upgrading the Operations and Processes of their Cyber security Division.

This role will require you to be onsite 3 days a week in Amsterdam and will be a 6-month contract outside of IR35. You will be given £100 a day for travel, on top of the £450 a day salary.

 

About the Service Architect role

As Service Architect, you will review current processes and operations ensuring that they match the agreed deliverable’s and to the required standard of quality, within specified SLA’s.

  • You will have internal-facing responsibility for developing service definition.
  • A key element will be to engage with the Security team.
  • You will support the business with service transition and defining “what good looks like”.
  • Help the business define their processes and operations.
  • Provide Gap Analysis.
  • You must be comfortable in front of all levels of business units, as building relationships and leveraging them will be a key element of this role.

 

Skills & experience required for the Service Architect

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience within a Service Architect / Service Design position within a services business.
  • Understanding of requirements for developing ITIL Process.
  • Excellent written English as you will be writing.
  • Experience of business change and transformation.
  • Approachable and dedicated candidate with great communication skills.
  • Have experience managing the implementation and update of services governance/methodology.
  • Solid commercial understanding with the ability to work out costing.
  • Good understanding of Service Management principles – ITIL etc.
