Job Title: Senior Wireless Engineer

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 + Package

The Company

An award-winning Cisco Partner is seeking a Senior Wireless Engineer. The company is a fast-growing, industry-leading managed service provider delivering to mid to large enterprise clients.

The Role

The Senior Wireless Engineer will be a key part of the team, split across leading project delivery, designs, and stakeholder management. The right person will deliver planning of critical infrastructure, including the design and delivery of Wireless and WiFi solutions across Enterprise environments.

Radio Design Lead Overview

• Design and implement network solutions directly and alongside operational teams across Wireless networks
• Deal directly with clients, specifying their needs and providing solutions
• Design and delivery of core and distribution equipment in multi-site locations
• Work as an escalation point if needed and technical lead during incident management

Skills / Experience required for the Senior Wireless Engineer

• 5 years’ experience working in managed services
• Experience working with Wireless technologies
• Experience in working with Cisco Networks, ideally holding CCNP Wireless
• Delivered large scale projects, ran design documentation
• Have customer liaising experience
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers
