Senior Support Engineer

Location:  Watford

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Package

Dynamic Search Solutions is working with a focused IT value-added reseller who are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join their Watford team.

The business delivers exceptional service to customers in corporate and public sector organisations. Delivering anything across a customer core Infrastructure, the business offers services for hardware, software, networking, cloud, and support services. This means you’ll have the opportunity to gain experience on a wide variety of technologies, work on a variety of projects for a variety of clients.

As the Senior Support Engineer

You will act as a technical escalation and project implementation for all managed services customers, as well as provide IT support. The role comes with hands-on experience in multiple technologies, will give you exposure to projects, and give you the opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

• You have the option of a Hybrid working.
• Maintain client systems, updating, adding to, and improving.
• Build, and configure new PCs, servers, and network devices to required specifications.
• Your key focus is to provide support to all act as the first response to escalations and assist the senior engineers.
• Working with both technical and non-technical staff, you will be involved in supporting both remotely and from the office.

Skills & Experience

• Experience working with a Managed Service Provider.
• Have strong experience with the Microsoft Stack.
• Be experienced with Microsoft 365.
• Have experience with SharePoint.
• Previous experience working in Networks and Servers.
• Must be comfortable with liaising with C-Level staff.
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
