Salary: Up to £80,000


An award-winning Internet Service Provider is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their business on a remote basis.

The company is fast growing, industry-leading Internet Service Provider delivering to mid and large enterprise clients as well as delivering within the public Sector. The businesses primary focus is the supply state-of-the-art Internet Services, whether through Fibre, Ethernet, MPLS, SD-WAN, or hosted.

This Senior ServiceNow Developer role is remote working, and you will be supported to work how and when is best for you. The role does however have the odd, occasional travel to their office in Reading to assist the team on site, meaning you must be based in the UK. This will be rare.


Senior ServiceNow Developer Role Overview

As Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will have the opportunity to champion their Business Solutions team. You will act as the technical lead for projects, migrations, and upgrade on their internal ServiceNow system.

You will work alongside the Support team, understanding requirements, analysing data, and developing solutions to match. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Being a Senior Team member.
  • Act as a ServiceNow evangelism – advising more development opportunities on the most suitable solutions.
  • Focus on covering front and backend projects
  • Work closely with the Automation team in coding and scripting
  • Focusing on the user interface, performance, and improvements.
  • Mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Skills and experience required for the Senior ServiceNow Developer:

  • At least 5 years’ experience working with ServiceNow.
  • Have strong experience in the coding and scripting ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
  • Experience working on UI and UX Scripts.
  • Ideally have experience in a telco environment
  • Must be able to interphase with both sales and technical staff.
