The business is an industry leading Managed Service Provider, that delivers into mid to large enterprise clients. They specialise in the latest technologies from Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and Microsoft, providing next-generation solutions across Enterprise Networks, Security and SD-WAN.

Senior Network Security Engineer Role

As the Senior Network Security Engineer, you will be a key part of the team, split across leading project delivery, designs and customer management. You will be instrumental in delivering planning of mid to large scale enterprise security environments, working end to end from customer contact, HLD and LLD design documentation, and some hands-on implementation. Additionally, your new role will include:

• Designing and implementing Next-Gen firewall solutions across large enterprise environments.
• Dealing directly with clients, specifying their needs, and providing solutions.
• Designing and delivery of FirePOWER TD and MC, and Cisco ISE.
• Leading projects at a senior level, working as a senior contact point to junior members of the team.

Skills and Experience required for the Senior Network Security Engineer:

Your professional development will be supported by the business, as well as earning any additional Cisco certifications. The business does ask that you have:

• 3 years’ experience working in managed services.
• Experience working with Next-Gen firewall technologies.
• Experience in working with Cisco Networks, ideally holding CCNP Security.
• Delivered large scale projects, delivering high- and low-level design documentation.
• Have customer liaising experience.
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
