The Company

A service provider is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to work remotely within the UK. The Provider has a key focus on Software Defined Networks and is currently working within the financial sector to provide the best Network solutions to their clients.

The Role

The Senior Network Engineer will be a key part of their projects team, focusing on designing solutions for their clients.
As the Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the High-Level Design of Software Defined Networks, The build, and the implementation of Cisco ACI to their Customers networks. You will deliver a first-class service to all customer and their networks.

Senior Network Engineer Overview

• Working with both Technical and Non-technical staff, you will be working on the full project lifecycle
• Your key focus will be to act as the subject matter expert for Software-Defined Networks.
• Liaise with the customers, plan and design their networks
• Lead the implementation and configuration of ACI

Skills / Experience required for the Senior Network Engineer

• Must have experience migrating to Cisco ACI
• Must have experience automating to Cisco ACI
• Have experience working on High-Level /Low-Level Designs
• Must have a high level of understanding of both LAN and WAN with a focus on either Security, R+S, or Collaboration.
• Have experience designing solutions for customers
• Ideally have service provider experience
• Must be able to interphase with both sales and technical staff.
