About the Senior Network Engineer role

As the Senior Network Engineer, you will work remotely and on customer sites within London as part of their Professional Services team designing and implementing security solutions for their customer’s Networks. The Senior Network Engineer will also manage all documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure SLA’s are met. At the same time, you will continue to learn and develop your skills with all the latest tech.

• Design and implement solutions for customers networks
• Be a Cisco evangelist around all technology
• Work in a project only focused role
• Working with both technical and non-technical staff, as the key point of contact
• Ensure SLA’s are met, documentation is correct, and policies/procedures are in place

Skills & experience required for the Senior Network Engineer

• Must have a minimum certification of CCNP
• Must have a high level understanding of Cisco Networks
• Have experience designing and implementing Cisco solutions
• Be skilled in R+S and with one other technology (ISE, ACI, SDN, FirePOWER)
• Have previous experience working directly for customers
• Understand SLA Agreements
• Must be able to interphase with both technical, and non-technical staff
