Job Title – Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Location – Manchester – Hybrid

Salary – £55K – 65K DOE

Senior Infrastructure Engineer & Responsibilities

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will champion the use of a variety of tech, ranging from but not limited to O365, Azure, VMware and Backup. Your primary focus will be high tier support, onboarding new customers and delivering on critical incident response. There will be an element of project delivery when required

• Troubleshooting major issues
• Onboarding new customers
• Strategy planning and road mapping
• Disaster Recovery
• Supporting project team with on prem – cloud migrations

Skills & Experience

As Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of the latest technology and software. The business does however ask that you:

• MUST be UK based
• Minimum 3 years experience in working across Cloud Environments, ideally in a service providing or professional service providing environment.
• Experience with O365, Cloud and Virtual Environments.
• Microsoft, Azure and/or VMware certifications.
• Knowledge of backup as a service (BaaS) and infrastructure as a service (IaaS)
• Have customer liaising experience.
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
