Senior Dynamics Developer

Location – Remote/ Home Based – Must be a UK Resident

Salary – £70,000 – £75,000

The Company

A UK leading, IT Network and Security Transformation Specialist delivering into mid enterprise clients in the commercial sector is looking for a Senior Dynamic Developer to join their team on a purely remote/ home-based basis. You must reside in the UK however, due to travel to customer sites when necessary.

Due to the business’s success and growth, they are now looking for a Senior Dynamics Developer to grow the technical capabilities of their internal Microsoft platforms and automation.

You will be supported directly by the Technical Director, as you take the lead on design of Dynamics 365 implementation. The business is also looking for someone to drive sales, billing platform integration and bespoke automations.

Senior Dynamics Developer Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Dynamics Developer, you’ll be crucial in developing internal systems and processes. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of development projects from a technical standpoint, while you work closely with and are supported by the Technical Director, Head of Service Operations and Project Management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time.
• Own all documentation.
• Integration of bespoke automations around employment, networking monitoring and asset deployment.
• Act as an escalation point for support issues.
• Working closely with clients to support product delivery.
• Providing expert advice on best practice, ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Occasionally traveling to client site when necessary.

Skills & Experience

As Senior Dynamics Developer you will have the opportunity to grow the development team beneath you as the business grows. The business does however ask that you have:

• Are based in the UK.
• 5+ years’ experience in development.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics365 suite.
• Experience across the entire Microsoft Power Platform: Managing, Supporting and Optimising.
• Considerable experience with PowerAutomate, JavaScript, APIs and XRM.
• A background in successful project delivery.
• Strong communication skills, as you collaborate closely with the team, and with clients.
