Location: Remote

Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 + package

A leading Cisco and Microsoft partner is seeking a Senior Collaboration Engineer. The company are fast growing, industry leading managed service provider delivering in to mid and large enterprise clients. They pride themselves on working with some of the latest technologies and providing their staff with training and development across various verticals.

Senior Collaboration Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

The Senior Collaboration Engineer will be a key part of the team, split across leading project delivery, designs and customer management. The right person will deliver planning of mid to large scale enterprise networking environments, working across project deployments, including design and implementation across complex enterprise network collaboration environments.

• Design and implement Cisco UC solutions across mid and large enterprise environments.
• Design and delivery of CUCM, UCCX and Webex OR MS Teams (or both).
• Lead projects at a senior level, working as a senior contact point to junior members of the team.

Skills and Experience

• 3 years of experience working in managed services.
• Experience working with Cisco Collaboration products, including CUCM, UCCX, Webex.
• Experience in working with Cisco Networks, ideally holding CCNP Enterprise and/or Collaboration specialism.
• Delivered large scale projects.
• Have customer liaising experience.
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
