A cutting-edge telecoms provider who specialise in UCaaS, CCaas, Telephony, Connectivity and managed services are searching for an experienced Senior Account Manager to become an integral part of their continuing expansion plans.

They are a highly reputable and technical services provider operating in both the public and commercial sector within the UK who are growing really quickly and looking to add to their already very strong, capable sales team.

The business offers a variety of technical services across multiple technologies, and primarily delivers into mid and large-scale enterprise clients. Your role will be crucial in driving the next stage in the company’s growth strategy, as you drive sales into their current account base and winning new business acquisitions.

The company is also partnered with many of the top Vendors in the industry and pride themselves on being able to offer bespoke solutions dependant on their customer’s requirements; meaning your hands will never be tied when selling a solution.

 

Senior Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales target and accounts within existing customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets.
  • Channel and direct telecoms/ UCaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling into end users within enterprise businesses.
  • Understanding of end to telecoms end to end process.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisations, including executive and C-level customers.
  • Experienced in generating leads and managing a strong pipeline as well as forecasting results accurately.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
