Job Title: Senior Account Manager – MDR/Managed SOC

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Generous Commission Structure

Location: Fully Remote in the UK – Must be based in the UK to be considered.

Senior Account Manager Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be tasked with not only delivering against set renewal targets for several key accounts but aim to grow your client base.

You will be tasked with:

  • Developing a client strategy to identify, engage and deliver into select accounts.
  • Building client relationships, designing an account strategy, and delivering on a key technical roadmap.
  • Owning customer relationships, looking to renew or leverage existing client relationships.
  • Looking to grow new logo accounts by engaging with C and Director level stakeholders.
  • Keeping abreast of latest technical solutions at a high level, understanding customer need long term.
  • Supporting the companies GTM approach.
  • Supporting the organisation with its bid and tender processes.

 

Your Skills and Experience

The business asks that you have a track record of either delivering IT Managed Services or other IT Services into C level and Director level stakeholders. Additionally, that you have previous experience of building and developing relationships with senior stakeholders, partnering with them to deliver solution-based outcomes to their problems.

To be considered, the business asks that you have most of the following:

  • Track record in selling either security managed services or consultancy services into enterprise or public sector clients.
  • Experienced in working with multivalued deals, from 5 to 7 figure values.
  • Solid understanding of MDR (Managed Detection and Response) or Managed SOC would be desirable.
  • Demonstrate experience of winning business through consultative sales approaches.
  • The ability to develop relationships by building trust with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate previous experience of not only delivering but overachieve annual sales targets.
  • Desirable experienced of delivering into frameworks to deliver new and existing business, if no framework experience, a keenness, and willingness to upskill in public sector sales.
  • Core values of doing the right thing, wanting to deliver for your client based in their need.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
