Security Solutions Architect (Remote)

Location: Remote, UK based

Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 + Bonus Package

The Company

An award-winning Cisco Gold Partner is seeking a Security Solutions Architect. The company are fast growing, industry leading managed service provider delivering in to mid and large enterprise clients. They have a key focus on developing their staff by providing training, certifications and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.

The Role

The Security Solutions Architect will be a key part of the team, split across Pre-Sales, customer engagement, Solutions Architecture and leading project delivery. The right person will deliver planning of mid to large scale enterprise networking environments, discussing key customer needs and wants, working across project deployments, including design and implementation across complex Next-Gen Firewalls, LAN, and WLAN.

Security Solutions Architect Overview:

• Solutions Architecture across complex Network Security environments
• Pre-Sales engagement with the customer
• Design and delivery of Cisco Security solutions, exposure to multiple Cisco solutions is ideal
• Design and implement LAN and WLAN solutions across mid and large enterprise environments
• Lead projects at a senior level, working as a senior contact point to junior members of the team

Skills / Experience required for the Security Solutions Architect:

• 5 years’ + experience working in managed services and a Senior Engineer and Solutions Architect
• CCIE, CCDP and/or CCNP is beneficial
• Demonstrable experience in delivering Cisco ASA, and FirePOWER solutions including FTD and FMC
• Strong understanding of Cisco Security portfolio, from Next-Generation Firewalls, ISE, Umbrella, AMP and StealthWatch
• Experience working with LAN and WLAN environments, including implementation.
• Delivered large scale projects
• Have customer liaising experience
• Experience with Cisco DNAC would be beneficial
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
