A Hosted Provider is seeking a Security Solutions Architect to work remotely with office visits once a month in Bristol. With a key focus on delivering key services to public and private clients all over the UK.

About the Security Solutions Architect role

As a Security Solutions Architect, you will champion the use of Juniper R+S and Security. You will work alongside account management teams in a customer-facing role for key clients, understanding customer needs and designing security solutions. The Security Solutions Architect will be the lead for Networking and Security Services, working closely with the vendor to develop their propositions and go-to-market strategy.

• Customer-facing design
• Security evangelism – advising Stakeholders on the most suitable solutions for their organisation
• Advising customers on the latest security products and services
• Keeping abreast of the latest technologies to hit the market
• Working with both technical and non-technical staff, you will create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
• Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills & experience required for the Security Solutions Architect

• Ideally CCNP or JNCIP Certified
• Must have a high-level understanding of the Networking routers and Switches
• Must have a high-level understanding of Security
• Have at least 2 years experience in Security Architecture
• Have a Managed Service background (ideally Internet Service Provider)
• Must be able to interphase with both sales and technical staff
• Must have previous Security experience
