The Company

We have a remote working Security Solutions Architect opportunity, for a leading MSP and Microsoft Partner. Working directly for the Technical Director, you will be the lead on their Security offering acting as an SME on all things Security.

About the Role

As a Security Solutions Consultant, you will lead client engagements around Security maturity, understanding current challenges, and roadmaps continual improvements. You will help clients to plan Penetration Tests, vulnerability assessments, and help to future proofs the customers’ Security Infrastructure all whilst keeping a focus on Microsoft Security tools.

Solutions Architect Overview

The ideal candidate will offer a strong blend of technical support through the arranging of Vulnerability Scans and Penetrations tests but seek a consultative approach to Security maturity, taking the lead on customer engagements and helping them to identify the required solutions and outcomes that will increase the Security levels of their organisations and help them secure their environments. Within a developing area, you will help shape the strategic direction of this team and have the opportunity to influence the product, design of solutions, and process.

Skills / Experience required for the Solutions Architect

• Good understanding of Security frameworks and be able to articulate what they mean (ISO, NIST, etc.)
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Security tools, including EMS and Sentinel
• Any Microsoft Security exams would be advantageous (AZ500 & MS500)
• Strong customer-facing skills are essential
• Strong Technical Security skills
