About the Security Architect role

As a Security Architect, you will report directly to the Head of Security and be responsible for working with their clients offering outsourced security consultancy to external and internal stakeholders.

Modernising the IT estate and capabilities, Identifying areas of change and considering the business requirement when building a sustainable structure that can be expanded to meet the ever-growing demands.

Skills & experience for the Security Architect role

• 2 years experience in a senior security consulting role, or architect position
• Demonstrable experience testing in several different environments
• Strong Network Testing skills
• Previous experience in designing and successfully delivering a security service
• A good understanding of Security Principles and can apply security concepts to a technical level
• Experience in writing statements of work for Penetration/Vulnerability testing
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative – shares ideas and supports with the development of the wider security remit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum CISSP or CCNP
• SC Cleared or eligible for SC Clearance
• Demonstrable Network and Security experience for a minimum of 2 years
