What You’ll Be Doing:

As the SAP VIM FI Specialist for the businesses SAP Scan-To-Pay service stream, you will play a pivotal role in the digitization and electronic processing of incoming invoices for multiple companies. Your responsibilities will encompass both the functional and technical aspects of this critical service, ensuring the seamlessly integration into the SAP Finance module.

You Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the SAP S2P group solution.

• Serve as the go-to expert for the S2P process, offering guidance and support to key users and fellow SAP specialists.
• Manage and maintain the SAP S2P integration with upstream and downstream systems.
• Collaborate with SAP functional experts and external providers to troubleshoot technical issues, implement enhancements, and drive improvements.
• Create comprehensive functional documentation in English.
• Enjoy the flexibility of working from home or at various IT locations across Europe.

What We’re Looking For:

• A solid grasp of the SAP FI module, particularly in accounts payable processes.
• Familiarity with Abbyy FlexyCapture, d.velop documents, and SAP Archive Link is advantageous.
• Experience in SAP system troubleshooting using ITSM tools.
• Strong English language skills are a must, with proficiency in German being valuable.
• The ability to collaborate efficiently with both technical and non-technical team members.
