Location: Bavaria, Germany

Salary: €100,000 – €130,000

Dynamic Search are currently working alongside a global automotive company in the Bavaria region, with their team spread worldwide. This company are now making huge investments into their systems and employees.

We are currently on the search for a SAP IT Manager due to growth within the Infrastructure team. As their new SAP IT Manager, you will be a key part to the development of the SAP system. This development will include new members of the SAP team and the latest technology and software’s. Meaning you will be fully supported in your work, and will be working on the latest tech.

SAP/ IT Manager Role

As the businesses new SAP/ IT Manager, you will have direct oversite of the SAP team and be instrumental in the ongoing development of the businesses SAP systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading the central SAP and Infrastructure team in Germany.
• Preparation of the programs and projects, from project initiation to go live.
• Assessment of the project demands and definition of road maps with your team.
• Ensuring the project and delivery of their programs.
• Planning and performing project and system audits with your team.
• Analysis and coordination with their sites in Europe.

Skills and experience required for the SAP IT Manager:

You will have real autonomy in your work and be supported to work however is best for you. The business does ask that you have:

• Solid leadership experience, in leading an SAP or/ and an infrastructure team.
• Experience in a leadership position with a multinational team.
• SAP business application experience.
• A strong understanding of SAP and infrastructure.
• Project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of German and English, written and spoken.
