SAP HCM / Successfactors Consultant

Location: Albstadt, Baden-Wuetternburg, Germany

Salary: €40K – €90K

Dynamic Search are currently working alongside a leading Family-owned Manufacturing company based near Albstadt , they employ over 8,000 employees from 19 different nationalities and are heavily investing in innovation and building out the current SAP team to take on additional internal projects.

We are currently on the search for an SAP HCM / Successfactors Consultant due to growth within the SAP team. As their new SAP HCM / Successfactors Consultant, you will be a key part to the SAP team and help drive the new technologies.

You will be:

• Analyzing and optimizing of the processes and mapping in SAP HCM / Successfactors
• Supporting Users and need-based adjustments to one or more systems in our HR system landscape
• Taking over parts of the project management for your module
• Looking at technical solutions and assisting with implementing the new solutions into the company

Skills and experience required for the SAP HCM / Successfactors Consultant:

• Knowledge of SAP module experience in SAP HCM / Successfactors
• Experience in project management – desirable
• Excellent teamwork and independent work
• High customer orientation, communication skills
• Good written and spoken English knowledge
