Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Location: Swabia Region, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Salary: €60,000 – €90,000

Work Environment: Hybrid and Flexible Working

Dynamic Search are currently working an established company in their niche industry has been a leader for over a century. The business has a team of around 1,600 employees in over 15 countries and finished last year with revenue over €215 Million.

Due to this continuing success, the business is looking to invest in their SAP systems and team and are currently on the search for an SAP HCM Consultant. As their new SAP HCM Consultant, you will be a key part to the SAP team and help drive the new technologies.

You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid and flexible manner, split between their office in the Swabia region, and working-from-home. The business is eager to work with you and support you to work how is best for you.

As SAP HCM Consultant, Your Role Will Include:

The role involves participation, coordination, and management of national and international projects in the SAP HCM environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Independent analysis.
• Design, and implementation of efficient processes in the HCM environment.
• You will also be responsible for the introduction of new and further development of existing forms in HR Forms and supervision of the interface to connected systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.

Your Skills and Experience:

The business will support you to work however is best for you and offers support in pursuing training or career development that you choose. The business does ask however, that you have:

• Several years of experience in the SAP HCM environment.
• Strong experience with any HCM modules but ideally some form of experience with the SAP HR module PT.
• Would be desirable if you have experience in the application of schemes and rules in time management and accounting.
• Practical experience in B2A application.
• Sound project management experience in the introduction, support, and development of SAP systems.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
