SAP FI/CO In-House Consultant

Location: Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Salary:  €90,000 + Performance Bonus

A global agriculture business is looking for an SAP FI/CO In-House Consultant to join the business and a newly formed SAP team. While based in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, the business has a team spread around the globe: Meaning you will have the opportunity to work on international projects with other SAP teams.

Due to the formation of an exciting new SAP team, the company are looking to invest heavily in their SAP teams and systems. You’ll be working on brand new projects and helping to develop future processes for the SAP system: Meaning will have the opportunity to make real impact on the business with your work.

You will be supported to work in a hybrid and flexible manner, with only 3 days a week in the Karlsruhe office. The office is also located close to the Karlsruhe train station, making the commute on your on-site days even easier.

SAP FI/CO In-House Consultant Role and Responsibilities:

The business is committed to supporting you to work how is best for you, as you develop the process mapping of the businesses SAP system. Your new role will also include:

• Advise individual departments on SAP FI/CO and be responsible for any customization.
• Work closely with business project management and individual departments to develop future processes in the SAP System.
• Conducting workshops and training course to introduce new processes to the SAP team.
• Play a significant role in the transition to S/4 HANA.
• Ensure compliance with security guideline with authorizations.
• Offer operational support for any FI/CO problems that arise, acting as 3^rd and 4^th level support.

Skills and Experience Required for the SAP FI/CO In-House Consultant Role:

The business will help you to continue your professional development and offers exciting and varied SAP work to aid your professional development. The business does however ask that you have:

• Solid experience in SAP FI/CO.
• Experience working as an SAP in-house consultant in FI/CO environment.
• Project management experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Communication skills, as you work as part of a team to achieve success.
• Strong knowledge of automation techniques such as EDI, SAP PO is desirable, but not essential.
• Fluent in English (verbal/written communications).
