Job Title: SAP FI/AP Consultant

Salary:  €75,000

A leading Logistics company are looking for an SAP FI/AP Consultant to join their team on a remote basis. The business has over 22,000 employees spread across 120 locations around the globe and is a true titan of industry and leader in its market.

With a revenue of over €5 Billion, the business is looking to make huge investments in their SAP team, including new members of the SAP team and the latest technology and software. Meaning you will be fully supported in your work and will be working with the latest tech and software on the market.

You will be supported to work in a remote environment, with any technology and flexibility that you need. The business has offices located throughout Germany, which you could choose to commute to should you wish.

SAP FI/AP Consultant Role and Responsibilities:

The business is committed to supporting you to work however is best for you, as you take control over the SAP FI Scan-To-Pay (S2P) service. Your new role will also include:

• Be overall responsible for the SAP S2P solution, ensuring smooth operations of S2P processes within the global business.
• Manage and maintain SAP S2P integration with downstream DMS systems and upstream OCR server.
• Collaborate with other SAP experts and external developers to solve any technical issues, and implement and improve new systems and processes.
• Take the lead on the implementation of new solutions in collaboration with the S2P Service Owner, and additional specialists from both inside the business, and external developers.
• Creating documentation in English.
• Be autonomous in your work without constant supervision and micro-management.

Skills and Experience Required for the SAP FI/AP Consultant Role:

The business will help you to continue your professional development and offers exciting and varied SAP work to aid your professional development. The business does however ask that you have:

• Solid experience in SAP FI, with a focus on accounts payable processes.
• Previous experience working with Abbyy FlexyCapture, d.velop documents and SAP Archive Link is ideal, but not essential.
• SAP System troubleshooting experience.
• Project management experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Communication skills, as you work as part of a team to achieve success and work with both technical and non-technical people.
• Fluent in English (verbal/written communications).
