Job Title: Remote ServiceNow Administrator

Location: Remote / Home Based

Salary: Up to £70,000

The ServiceNow Administrator role

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will act as the ServiceNow Leader for the organisation, acting as the technical lead for administration and upgrade. You will work alongside the senior management team, helping them make strategic business decisions about the CMDB, administering and leading any changes that are required. You will be the final point of escalation for all MAC’s.

Responsibilities

• Key focus on the user interface, performance, and improvements of the ServiceNow CMDB
• You will act as the ServiceNow owner for the business, supporting the strategic business decisions and delivering moves and changes
• You will act as a focal point for the business, championing usage and advising on best practice
• You will work closely with all levels of employees, from C level stakeholders to juniors and apprentices

Skills / Experience required for the ServiceNow Administrator

• Ideally at least 3 years ServiceNow experience or related platforms
• Strong experience in administration and development
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and ITOM would be desirable
• Experienced working on UI and UX Scripts
• Previous experience working for an MSP would be beneficial, but not essential
• Must be able to interphase with both sales and technical staff

You must be UK-based, however, there is flexibility on home working.
