Location: Remote / Home Based

Salary: Up to £40,000

An award-winning managed service provider with over 20 years of experience in providing infrastructure and networks to customers all over the UK. They have a key focus on designing and developing solutions for large enterprise sites including retail, healthcare, and finance.

The Remedy Administrator role

As the Remedy Administrator, you will champion their Remedy team for business solutions acting as the Remedy SME, administrating, upgrade and maintaining. You will work alongside the support team, understanding requirements, analysing data, and developing solutions to match.

• Key focus on the user interface, performance, and improvements
• Remedy evangelism – advising more development opportunities on the most suitable solutions
• Support the project lifecycle
• Fill the gap between the support and engineering team
• Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills / Experience required for the Remedy Administrator

• Must be eligible for SC clearance
• At least 2 years experience working with Remedy
• Have strong experience in the development and administration of Remedy
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, and CSM
• Experienced working on UI and UX Scripts
• Previous experience working for a managed Service Provider
• Must be able to interphase with both sales and technical staff
