An award-winning Solutions Provider is seeking a Provisioning Coordinator. The company are a fast growing, industry leading managed service provider delivering in to mid and large enterprise clients. They partner with leading vendors such as Cisco and Microsoft, to deliver cutting-edge digital transformation projects.

Provisioning Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities

The Provisioning Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating provisioning projects across the business. Focused on managed and professional services, the PC will be a key player between Project Management, Technical Engineer, Customer and Vendor

• Provisioning the delivery of services across multi-functions of the business
• Reporting and discussing delivery processes with internal and external teams
• Purchasing and procurement of connectivity equipment and services
• Deliver customer communication and top-level customer service
• Deliver documentation, reviews and presentations
• Ensure provisioning is delivered on time, to budget and at a top quality standard

Skills & Experience

• MUST be UK based
• Experience in working within a fast paced MSP would be preferential
• 5 years’ experience working in provisioning or project management
• Strong understanding of Networks and Infrastructure technologies
• Confident in dealing with stakeholders, senior management, and a variety of customers
• Ability to articulate both verbally and in writing
