Job Title: Presales Engineer

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000

Location: London/ Hybrid

An award-winning Internet service provider is seeking a Presales Engineer. The company is fast growing, industry-leading Internet Service Provider delivering to mid and large enterprise clients as well as delivering within the public Sector.

The businesses primary focus is the supply of state-of-the-art Internet Services, whether through Security, SD-WAN, or Connectivity. As such, you’ll have the opportunity to work with on a variety of tech and projects.

The business offers hybrid and flexible working, and your work will be split across working from the London office, home-based working, and occasional travel to customer sites.

Presales Engineer Role Overview

As Presales Engineer, you will be an integral part of a growing team. Your work will be split across customer engagements, and product development. Your additional responsibilities will include:

• Respond to RFI’s and RFP.
• Using your experience to advise on product developments and assist in product creation.
• Scope and design Internet solutions for enterprise sites.
• Lead and grow the presales team.
• Assist in product development and creation.
• Support the technical team in project development.

Skills / Experience required for the Presales Engineer:

• Must have at least 2 years Presales Experience.
• Must be experienced in Fortinet.
• Must have experience in high-level designs.
• Be experienced with SD-WAN, Connectivity, and Security Solutions.
• Experience working in Internet Services.
• Have customer liaising experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
