Job Title: Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

Location: Remote

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Bonus & Other Benefits

Pre-Sales Solutions Architect Roles & Responsibilities

The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect will be a key part of the team, with a focus on delivering customer consultation, documentation, RFI, RFP, Scopes of Work, and tenders responses, through a variety of technical areas.

• Pre-Sales customer consultation, across technical and non-technical staff.
• Writing SoW, PoC, tenders, RFI, RFP and HLD documentation.
• A strong understanding of service provider technologies, across WAN Networks, Voice, Collaboration, Security and Cloud.

Skills & Experience

• MUST be UK based.
• 5 years’ experience working in Service Provider or Managed Service environments.
• A background in pre-sales across service provider or managed services environments.
• A sound understanding of MPLS and BGP.
• CCDP or CCNP Certified, Juniper JNCIS or JNCIP would be beneficial.
• BGP and OSPF understanding is a must.
• Have customer liaising experience.
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
