Location: Cheshire

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

The Company

Our client is a fast growing, Cisco Partner who specialises in Cisco DNAC, Enterprise Networks and Managed Services to a large enterprise customer base. With a well established NOC team, they are looking to onboard a knowledgeable and experienced leader, ideally with a technical background.

NOC Manager Roles & Responsibilities

The NOC Manager will be a key part of the business, with a focus on delivering operational management to a lively service desk and NOC team, whilst managing customer SLAs, with an understanding of ITIL.

• Manage a busy NOC Team with a variety of skill sets at various levels.
• Support and train junior members of the team.
• Work closely with customers to deliver service agreements, and discuss SLAs.
• Deliver appraisals, 121s and reviews.
• Interview and hire new members of the team.

Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience working in an MSP environment.
• Identifiable experience in working in a team lead or managerial role.
• Cisco LAN/WLAN background.
• Ideally have Managed Service experience.
• Have customer liaising experience.
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
