NOC Engineer (Up to £35k+ shift allowance) – Support, Operations Support, Configuration, Set-up, Back-up, Troubleshooting Escalation, Cisco R&S, Security, WAN, SD-WAN, Cloud
A market leading Cloud, Security and Network specialised ISP is seeking a NOC Engineer to work out of their easily accessible office in central London. They deliver solutions to their client base across the private and public sector, delivering cloud, Virtual Data Centre, WAN, SD-WAN and Cloud Telephony solutions.
The NOC Engineer will be a key part of the team, supporting a resolving issues for medium to large enterprise clients. As a NOC Engineer, you will have a good understanding of Supporting customers directly and have an eagerness to learn. You will provide 2nd line escalation point support, on both a proactive and reactive basis. This is a shift-based role, on a 4 on 4 off, 24/7 shift rota.
