A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a NOC Engineer to work out of their easily accessible office, near Manchester. The MSP has a work hard play hard attitude with multiple incentives to achieve. Working on the latest next-gen tech, there is a huge opportunity to learn new stuff.
The Role
The NOC Engineer will be a key part of the team, supporting and resolving issues for medium to large enterprise clients. As a Customer Experience Engineer, you will have a good understanding of Supporting customers directly, and have an eagerness to learn. You will report directly to the Line Manager and will have multiple opportunities to grow and develop your skills.
