About the Networking Lead role

This is an opportunity to take on a home-based role as networking lead, where you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a team of 10 skilled Presales Solutions Architects. The team will respond to RFIs and RFPs by completing detailed tender and design documentation, building solutions that have a critical impact on clients’ business success.

You’ll be required to ensure bids are of the required quality and cover all key areas of the RFI.

Skills & experience required for the Networking Lead

• You possess excellent management and employee development skills
• You’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Experience in leading a team of presales engineers/solutions architects
• You have a thorough understanding of Cisco Enterprise Network
• Networking skills that include R&S, wireless and security networking
• Experience with tender or bid responses (£100k – £10m)
• Strong skills in written documentation and verbal communication
• You possess strong commercial knowledge
• Strong process management skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio and Excel
• You’re keen to learn Cisco DNA, SDA, ACI, SND, etc.
