A Global Unified Communications Provider is seeking a Network UC Engineer to work remotely. As a Cisco Gold Partner, they are working with the latest technologies in UC, and have a passion for training and developing each individual member of their team.

The Network UC Engineer role

Due to growth, the Global Unified Communications Provider is looking for a Network UC Engineer, to join their senior support teams.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing 2nd and 3rd line support across all UC and Networking technologies
• Act as a senior escalation point to junior members of the team
• Build relationships with both internal and external teams
• Liaise with end-users, partners, and suppliers

Skills & experience required for the Network UC Engineer:

• CCNA certified in collaboration
• At least 3+ years experience working on both Voice and Data networks
• Previous experience working as the focal point of projects
• Previous customer-facing experience
• Have experience working in a Service Provider environment
• Background monitoring, investigating, and diagnosing UC issues
• Must be able to interphase with both technical, and non-technical staff
