Network Team Lead

Location – Manchester

Salary – £35,000 – £45,000

Network Team Lead Role and Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will be primarily focussed on the overall leadership, management and support of the network operations centre’s highly skilled and experienced engineering team. Additionally, your role will include:

• Team management responsibilities in the form of personal development plans of the team.
• Manage shift rotas, holidays, conduct 121s and appraisals.
• Support and train junior members of the team.
• Work closely with customers and internal management to deliver service agreements/SLAs.
• Interview and hire new members to the team, both internal and external to the business.

Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years proven experience in a leadership-based role.
• Understanding of service provider and telecommunications businesses.
• Understanding of networks and security, R&S, Firewalls.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and senior management.
