Key Responsibilities

  • Network Support & Maintenance: Provide day-to-day support for enterprise network environments, ensuring optimal performance and security. Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco Routing & Switching, LAN, WLAN, and firewall technologies.
  • Incident Management: Act as the first point of escalation for network issues, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents efficiently to meet SLAs.
  • Network Projects: Opportunity to assist with Network Consultants and Architects on project work

 

Skills & Experience Required

To thrive as a Network Support Engineer, you’ll need:

  • CCNA certification (mandatory) with hands-on experience in Cisco Routing & Switching environments.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN, WLAN, and firewall technologies (including configuration and troubleshooting).
  • Familiarity with network security principles and firewall management.
  • Experience with enterprise-level networks and protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and VLANs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical staff.
  • A desire for continuous learning and staying up to date with networking technologies.
