The business is seeking an enterprise Network Support Engineer to join their continually growing team. The company are an industry leading MSP delivering in to mid and large enterprise clients across professional and managed services.

The business partners with leading vendors such as Cisco and Fortinet, meaning you’ll have support in earning vendor certifications. You’ll also have the opportunity to deliver cutting-edge digital transformation projects. A fantastic opportunity to work with the latest technologies such as FirePOWER, Cisco ISE and DNAC.



Enterprise Network Engineer Role Overview

As Network Support Engineer, you will be a key part of the team, providing support across a range of networking technologies within Cisco and Fortinet. The right person will support customers across mid to large scale enterprise networking environments, be experienced with complex LAN, WLAN and Cisco DNA environments.

  • Support LAN and WLAN solutions across mid and large enterprise environments.
  • Support LAN R&S, next gen security and Wireless solutions.
  • Operational management across network and network security environments.



Skills / Experience required for the Network Support Engineer:

Your personal and professional development will be an active focus of the business, as you are supported in learning new technologies and gaining new certification. The business does ask that you have:

  • 3 years’ experience working in managed services.
  • Experience working with LAN and WLAN environments, including implementation.
  • Experience in working with Cisco Networks, ideally holding CCNA certification.
  • Experience in working with firewalls, ideally Cisco FirePOWER (TD and MC) and/or Fortigate, but equivalent will suffice.
  • Have customer liaising experience.
  • Experience with Cisco DNAC, and Cisco ISE would be beneficial.
  • Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
